As this point this very positive stimulus continues to increase your motivation to look good at the beach only serving to make your newfound motivation stronger. Then shazam six months have passed, working out is now a habit and you're at the beach with your brand spanking new beach body. Ah, or something like that. ;) Yeah, well that is a problem.
